1. Who we are
This site is operated by Reset Yourself Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), trading as Life Design OS. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. Contact: hello@deandelandro.co.uk.
2. What we collect
- Email address — when you request Part One of the book.
- Name, email and your written answers — when you submit a coaching application.
- Purchase confirmation — Stripe tells us a payment was made and for what product. We do not receive or store your card number, expiry date or CVC. Card details are entered directly into Stripe's own checkout form and never reach this website.
- Server and analytics logs — standard technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) kept for a short rolling period for security and performance.
3. Why we collect it, and our lawful basis

4. Who we share it with
We use the following processors to run this site. Each only receives the data it needs to do its job:
- Brevo — email delivery and list management
- Stripe — payment processing (card details go directly to Stripe, never to us)
- Zapier — connects form submissions to the tools above
- Netlify — website hosting
- Meta — advertising measurement (see section 5)
- Calendly — booking calls, for coaching applicants only
- Base44 — the 3X3 Academy member portal
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with anyone outside this list.
5. Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising
We use two separate Meta mechanisms, and it's worth being precise about both:
- Browser pixel — loads only after you accept cookies in the banner on this site, never before. It tells us which pages you viewed and which of our ads (if any) you arrived from.
- Server-side conversion reporting — when a purchase completes, our payment system tells Meta, using your email and other identifiers converted into a one-way cryptographic hash (SHA-256) before sending. Meta cannot reverse a hash back into your original data.
This is how we measure whether our advertising is working. You can decline the cookie banner at any time, which disables the browser pixel for your visit.
6. How long we keep it
- Marketing contacts — until you unsubscribe, or after a long period of no engagement
- Coaching applications — 24 months
- Purchase and payment records — 6 years, as required by UK tax law
- Server logs — a short rolling period, typically weeks
7. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us to: tell you what data we hold on you; correct it; delete it; restrict or object to how we use it; or move it elsewhere. Email hello@deandelandro.co.uk and we'll respond within one month. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or 0303 123 1113.
8. Cookies
We use a minimal cookie banner. Declining stops the Meta browser pixel from loading. We do not use any other tracking cookies beyond what's needed to remember your consent choice.
9. Children
This site and its products are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site or our processors change. The version on this page is always the current one.
