1. Who you're buying from

Products on this site are sold by Reset Yourself Ltd, trading as Life Design OS. By buying from this site you agree to these terms.

2. What's on offer

The 3X3 Academy price is scheduled to rise to £997 once the full model library is complete. If you buy before then, you keep lifetime access to everything added afterwards at the price you paid — you are never asked to pay again.

3. Payment

Payment is processed by Stripe. Card details are entered directly into Stripe's own form and never pass through our servers. Private coaching is invoiced manually and paid by bank transfer or the method agreed on your call — not through this website.

4. Your right to cancel, and the waiver

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase for a full refund. Because our digital products (Part One, the Complete Edition, and 3X3 Academy) give you instant access the moment you pay, that access counts as immediate supply of digital content.

By completing checkout, you confirm that you are asking for immediate access and you understand that this means you lose the standard 14-day cancellation right once access has been granted. This waiver applies only to the statutory 14-day cooling-off right — it does not affect your rights below if something is faulty or not as described.

5. Your rights stay protected

Nothing in section 4 affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If a product is faulty, not fit for purpose, or not as described, you remain entitled to a repair, replacement or refund as UK law provides.

6. The 3X3 Academy guarantee

Separately from your statutory rights, and more generous than them, the Academy carries its own guarantee:

"Work through Module One. Do the tasks. If it isn't what you needed — email us. Full refund, no questions. The only condition is that you actually try it — which is the point."

7. Licence

When you buy Part One, the Complete Edition or the Academy, we grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use that content for your own benefit. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish it, in whole or in part, without our written permission. All content remains the intellectual property of Reset Yourself Ltd.

8. Private coaching

Private coaching (from £6,000) is a separate service, booked by application and call, invoiced manually, and governed by its own agreement issued at the time of booking. These website terms describe the digital products above; they do not set the terms of a coaching engagement.

9. Health and wellbeing disclaimer

Content on this site and inside 3X3 discusses nutrition, training, sleep and emotional regulation in general, educational terms. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Speak to a qualified professional before making changes that affect your health, especially if you have an existing condition.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded (such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Beyond that, our liability to you for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page is always the current one; changes do not apply retroactively to a purchase already completed.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
